Work Outs So Far

So I've managed to keep up with my workouts... not the full work outs mind you because I'm too big at this point to go too long without getting sick.

I did 15 minutes on the elliptical on Monday, and another 20 yesterday. The ability to add 5 minutes each time feels REALLY great. Knowing that if I keep up with it, things will progress makes me really happy. I'm hoping that as I start to burn weight off, I'll be able to go swimming and to the gym to start working on my strength training. I want to start meeting with a personal trainer again too.

We'll see how things go.
